Cleo King is a sensuality coach and group facilitator working with pleasure and embodiment.

My Belief

For me, sensuality isn’t just about touch or pleasure — it’s about reconnecting with yourself on every level. It means being present in your body, aware of your emotions, and open to the full experience of life. In my work, I support people in exploring their own energy, boundaries, and desires with curiosity and care. Together, we create space for more self-trust, freedom, and connection — while also questioning the beliefs and systems that may have shaped how we relate to ourselves and others.

My Practice

I support people in exploring and expanding their innate sensuality, to the benefit of their emotional well-being and sex lives, as well as their relationships with themselves and, subsequently, with others.

My work focuses on helping people reshape by addressing questions such as:

  • What can my body teach me?

  • How can I deepen the connection to myself?

  • How do I shift narratives of shame to experience joy and confidence in my sexuality?

  • How can I reclaim my capacity for pleasure?

  • How can self-care improve my connections with others?

  • How can I let my emotions flow without identifying with them?

  • How do I communicate my needs and desires in my (sexual) relationships?

  • What does setting healthy boundaries look like for me?

  • How can I integrate the wisdom of my body into my daily life and interactions?

My Roles

In my private practice, I support each client in establishing sensuality-based practices to cultivate healthy relationships between the soul, the body, and the surrounding world. Together, we develop your custom practice by integrating elements from various disciplines, including sex and relationship therapy, art therapy, breathwork, and Tai Chi.

Through a transformational nervous system practice called autogenic training, I support individuals and groups in accessing a state of deep rest to facilitate lasting change. The nervous system plays a crucial role in our body's fight-or-flight response, detecting environmental changes and working with the endocrine system to respond. Since the nervous system responds to experience rather than reason, relaxing becomes the key to embracing new ways of feeling and making lasting changes.

As a workshop facilitator, I curate physical and digital spaces that welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds to explore their sensuality with authenticity. [For more details, explore upcoming topics in the schedule.]

In 2022, I launched the Pleasure Academy—a content library and community space for expert-led education on sexuality and relationships on the sexual wellness platform CHEEX. I also design inclusive sex-educational online courses, moderate several workshops, and host sexuality related Q&A sessions.

I also take opportunities for speaking and workshops.

My Path

I’ve always been curious about sensuality – how we can move from living in our heads to experiencing life through our senses, emotions, and connections with others. Like many, I wasn’t taught this growing up, so my personal journey has been about reclaiming this connection step by step.

Creativity has always been a way of life for me. After completing my bachelor’s degree in design, I spent the following six years exploring sensuality through photography, moving images, and performance art. I captured intimate, embodied moments and invited others to experience sensuality through visual cues. This period culminated in my multimedia project Fruit Porn Tenderness, which used photo, film, and performance to magnify the sensual properties of fruit—color, odor, taste, and texture—as doorways into human sensuality.

The deeper I went, the more my curiosity grew. I wanted to not only create art about sensuality but also understand its foundations in touch, connection, and emotion. This led me to complete a master’s degree at the University of the Arts in Berlin, where my research connected embodiment, community, and queerness. Inspired by thinkers such as Donna Haraway, Audre Lorde, Karen Barad, and Adrienne Maree Brown, I explored new rituals for reintegrating sensuality into our everyday lives. My thesis envisioned a “sensual society” – one where we relate to ourselves and each other through presence, touch, and embodiment.

After this deep dive into theory, I wanted to ground my insights in practice. I trained in sex and relationship therapy, art therapy, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. These practices gave me the tools to support others in their own explorations of pleasure, intimacy, and relationships.

For me, my personal and professional life are interwoven. I practice what I teach, and I keep learning, bringing new discoveries into my work and sharing them with the people I support. Today, I share my knowledge not just from books or theories, but from lived experience. I believe sensuality is a pathway to pleasure, joy, and liberation.
