This two-day journey invites you to explore what sensuality and connection mean to you. Sensual As F*ck offers a space beyond rigid definitions and inherited stories, where you can meet yourself as something alive and ever-changing. Together we’ll loosen expectations of how sensuality should look, feel, or sound, and instead open the senses, play with inner polarities and discover the rich spaces in between.

This 60–75 minute online session is a guided journey into deep rest and embodied pleasure. Using the nervous system practice of Autogenic Training, Cleo gently guides you into a state of deep relaxation where your body and subconscious can recharge. 

From this place of rest, you'll be invited to explore your inner landscape of pleasure — not necessarily sexual, but deeply nourishing. A resource within you that you can return to whenever life feels overwhelming.

How does bringing consciousness to touch change our experience of pleasure?
We can often get stuck in one way of thinking about touch, affection, and intimacy, when in reality, there are many different forms of touch, each serving a different purpose and meeting a different need. This workshop expands upon the understanding of touch in our (sexual) relationships, along with preferences and desires, because sexuality encompasses far more than intercourse. We will dive deeper into the different dimensions of touch as well as playing with exercises and practices to explore types of touch in each dimension.
