How It Works

Sensual morning sessions guide you through an activating and centering one-hour experience crafted to support you to come back to yourself by connecting with your body, senses, emotions, and pleasure center. 

In a world that prioritizes the mind, analytical thinking, and reason, we often overlook the significance of our somatic experience—the body, emotions, senses, and sexuality. Both aspects, Body and Mind, are integral and interconnected; this morning session aims to guide you to bridge the gap between the two.

No prior knowledge or experience is required. Everyone, regardless of body type or gender expression, is welcome to join this group practice, celebrating the power of community.

After a slow warm-up, we’ll move through a series of exercises including movement, breathwork, sound exploration, and sensory engagement. Each session may vary slightly depending on the theme or season, always implementing tools and practices from my trainings.

How to Prepare

All you need are comfortable clothes suitable for movement, a quiet space, a reliable internet connection, and an open mind. Bring your willingness to explore, learn, and nurture yourself. I'm excited to see you there!
